<https://www.reddit.com/r/buildapc> is a pretty good place to get builds
checked and ask for recommendations for improvements. Just make sure to note
that it's for use as a Linux machine, otherwise most denizen will assume you
want a gaming rig!

I'd opt for a better PSU, and possibly upgrade the SSD to an 850 PRO, or
Intel's equivalent. My preference is for nVidia GPUs as their drivers tend
to be less problematic in my experience - especially with video playback -
but YMMV.
