I had a problem with Flashplayer. I was getting video with no sound on
all "yesterday" programmes on BBC2.

Firefox 22 and (I think an old Flashplayer), solved that now.

Yep - Kaffeine.

My original attempt was using get_iplayer which threw up the same
failure 4 times before giving up.

It scanned all the feeds OK though.

I just tried it again and its still a problem.

Attached o/p for info.

I just thought the BBC had altered things again so it would not work!

I will I have the latest version!

Did you try specifying the object file dependencies as a string I.e. 'd.o' rather than the return value of object. Briefly looking through the manual I didn't find it done like above

Chris

Just tested here with the same program ID:

I note that my installation of get_iplayer doesn't skip the 'flashhigh1'
mode and suspect this is something to do with it. A quick google didn't
reveal what that mode provides, or how to enable it for you. I'll leave that
as an exercise for you, Peter!

Best Regards,
Alex
