Hi,
I have (eventually) sorted my photos from the last 5 years and over 200
I now want printing!
Has anyone experiences in doing this using Linux if so, any advice?
I am after a reasonable quality but NOT professional and would prefer a
semi matte finish.
My photos are all 3x2 ratio so would I loose some part on standard print
sizes or do some printer do this ratio?
Regards

I realise this is a pro-linux / pro-open-source list, but 200 photos? Just
taken them to Jessops/Boots.

OK but I thought I would ask just in case it could be done easily!
Do you use Jessops/boots if so did they crop photos?

I don?t know about Boots but if you use ASDA Photo online service you can crop your photos manually on the website and order them to pick up from the store or post them to you.

Most online and in-store photos printers allow you to crop the photos if
you wish to. If you have already dropped them as you want them it would be
straightforward to upload and print. Having to re-crop them on a terminal
in-store or online will not be as fast as doing it at home though.
