Hello Trahern,
That depends on how they are connected , if they connect through IDE or
SATA they can go a lot higher than if they are connected by 'memory card'
type interfaces.
Although you are likely to hit limits in the vfat filesystem that most
devices use on flash storage if you go beyond 4GB , i'm pretty sue you will
get errors when formatting if you try to make it bigger than that.
Maybe you meant SSD drives ? the solid state hardrives that go upto 1TB
(before the prices get ludicrous) at the moment.

What do you mean "Flash drives"? SD, USB or SATA?
For SDXC, I believe the biggest available is 512MB, although it costs >?500.

This is the only one I have found, it a little bit expensive and you need
