Update:
I have not gone away, but been spending a lot of time learning a bit
more about the pi!!
As I only had a cut down browser, and could not find a javascript
Console on the pi.
I went through a dycraft tutorial and managed to see some graphs on my
fc20 PC, the graph scales for my data were produced but no data.
I then installed chromium on the Pi and the SD card would then not boot
as the root fs was not big enough, I could not find a way to reduce the
applications so gave up!
I have spent a few happy hours (without beer) in trying to copy Raspian
onto a larger card but without success.
I have now got a single fresh install of Raspian on to a 8GB card and
expanded the ext2 partition to fill the card from the raspi-config menu.
I will now have to start again and see what happens.
I did find a couple more errors but I still had problems and will try
again later this weekend.
