Ubuntu Edge will not get made! $12,812,776 of the $32 million dollar
goal raised.
Here's the link to a blog post about the failure:

Failure to reach the goal yes, but also failure in quite a lot of other
ways no. I think you'll like what Jono Bacon the Ubuntu Community
Manager had to say about it in his blog post etc:

Just booked a flight for next year... suffered a regrettably annoying
affair of being repetitively informed my credit card number was not a
number (it was). It seems this is a known issue with Firefox / Linux.
Anyway when trying again with js console logging turned on and having
a quick look at the page structure... it worked (no tweaking on my
part). When the screen navigation took me away from the page the log
disappeared - is it on disk anywhere? (I'd be curious to interrogate
it).
I grep'ed my FF profile directory and /tmp but found nothing.
Ideas?
(I'd rather not buy a second ticket!)
Thanks,
Chris

Where... hardly relevant, but I'm going skiing / on holiday :-)
Why? - Curiosity (don't you ever take things to pieces to learn how
they work?!)
I'm wondering if the original error was caused by a Javascrpt error
message I saw (briefly in the console) - a script was being denied
access to the document object. The Javascript validator uses the
document object to retrieve another element's text to validate the
input into a form (assumption after reading the page / js source). I
retrieved the object in the console and the second attempt worked (I
cannot remember if I reloaded the page prior to it working or not,
which doesn't help).
Reiterating... The problem is I can't remember the full error message
- so I wanted a log file so I could review it, though every indication
is that Easyjet probably aren't interested in fixing any problem
(searching the internet briefly leads me to this conclusion... it may
not be accurate).
