And no I don't think you can. KDE is more of a organisation/project and
plasma is the desktop environment

System Settings -> Hardware -> Display and Monitor -> Gamma.

Sorry but this KDE has no "Gamma" in Display and Monitor and I cannot
see anything relevant in Energy Saving.
What is more of a concern is I cannot drag all active windows on Desktop
holding left mouse button, some do work but others don't!
