Hello Bob,

Providing linux support for home users is still very difficult , success
really hinges on either doing very very simple desktop things or providing
all of the equipment a home user might want to connect to it. This is
because , while linux will work with most things , it still doesn't work
with everything , especially not everything thats on sale at pc world or
whatever other shop because manufacturers still switch chips around and
still don't release linux drivers. Most home users are not prepared to
submit to the level of admin control to ensure it allways works (neither
are most of our partners , can i get a amen) let alone pay for the time
taken to work out a good combination if paid at fair rate (most experienced
linux users can command a salary in excess of 30k pa).

You could try asking bristol wireless , they might be able to help but i'm
pretty sure they only work for orgs these days for similar reasons.

Cheers
Amias
