Yes indeed, the "Ext2fsd" driver and manager from http://www.ext2fsd.com
It's a bit quirky but has never wrecked any of my discs.
If you've got Win10-1607 already (hours of agony!) you'll need the
beta version, otherwise wait for catch-up.
