Hi,
Having another go and can see the share (Documents Folder) locally.
I can open the file manager (Nautilus) and go to "Connect to Server" on
local PC. I can see the "Documents" icon and open it by giving my
samba password and all works OK.
When I try from my laptop, the window opens, I can see the folder from
the PC but when I try to open it I get permission denied (I have the IP
in my samba config file).
The actual error window says:
Unable to access location: Failed to mount windows share: Permission denied.
Can I assume this is OK?:

Can I assume the router does not interfere with my local lan or do I
have to set it to allow samba!?
Can I assume it is authentication settings in my samba config on the PC
or some other place!!?
Thanks
